Dual Fuzer Nitrogen Welder

The Dual Fuzer hot air plastic welder sets a new benchmark in hot air plastic welder design. The Dual Fuzer creates the strongest welds on any thermoplastic using Urethane Supply Company's exclusive Nitrogen Thermo-Welding process.

Bottled notrogen gas is used to eliminate oxidation of the weld, greatly increasing its strength. The gas supply can be switched to compressed air to conserve nitrogen when it's not being used for welding. To protect the heating element, the Dual Fuzer is equipped with an alarm system to tell the operator if the flow is too low to safely operate the unit.
