iWelder Temperature Controlled Hot Air Welder

The iWelder, Urethane Supply Company’s highest quality hot air welder, is a must have for businesses that require optimal performance, control and repeatability from a hot air welder. The iWelder features digitally controlled temperature input and a digital temperature readout for controlling the air temperature at the welding tip. Precision airflow is obtained with a high quality, rolled diaphragm air regulator which virtually eliminates airflow creep. The iWelder is simple to use and technicians will find it easy to make consistent, high quality welds.

• Illuminated switch and auxiliary light output receptacle warn user when unit is on to prevent accidental overheating.

Application

• Connect to 60 to 80 psi air supply and 120 V power source to the control box.
• Turn on air supply then set desired temperature on the controller.
• When the set temperature is reached, you are ready to weld!
• Shut down: Turn up the air, then reset the temperature to "0". When the temperature stops decreasing, it is safe to turn off the welder and air.
