Urethane Supply Company’s ALL SEASONS BLACK JACK is a satin black, easy-to-sand, freeze-tolerant primer surfacer for plastic bumper refinishing. The highbuild formula hides 180 grit sanding scratches and is compatible with all automotive topcoat systems. BLACK JACK dries quickly to a smooth satin OEM-like finish. Right out of the can, BLACK JACK offers superior solvent resistance, water resistance and durability. Optional: for even better performance, BLACK JACK can be crosslinked with 3104 Catalyst at 5% by volume.
